The Right Turn is a 60 pages publication which comprises a series of helpful road safety information, articles, advisories, messages, facts, traffic laws and photographs, providing another way educate citizens on road safety in Guyana.
Compared to last year, there has been an increase in road accidents and fatalities due mainly to the lack of alertness and/or ignorance of road traffic laws, advisories and rules.
It is the hope of the GNRSC that the magazines will help to sensitize and educate road users about the importance of incorporating road safety into their daily routines. Some 5000 magazines were printed for free distribution to schools and universities, Ministries, NDCs, NGOs, private & public transport drivers, companies and all stakeholders.
