The Ministry of Home Affairs, together with its Agencies, is currently participating in the Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) Village and Job Fair 2026, held on Main Street, Georgetown. The village, hosted by the Ministry of Labour and Manpower Planning, is being held under the theme “Good psychosocial working environments: A pathway to thriving workers and strong organization”.

The objective of this year’s OSH village is to promote workplace safety and health and to reduce workplace accidents, enhance employee well-being, and boost productivity.

Simultaneously, the job fair provides a great opportunity for job seekers to explore employment options and for various companies and employers to meet potential candidates, promote job opportunities, and ultimately support Guyana’s workforce development.

The Ministry of Home Affairs is encouraging job seekers to visit our booth from 10:00 am to 6pm, April 29-30, 2026.

On the spot, initial interviews are being conducted.
