Minister of Home Affairs, Hon. Robeson Benn, M.P., attended the opening of the International Energy Conference and Expo Guyana 2023, which commenced on February 14, at the Guyana Marriott Hotel.

The conference which is being held under the theme “Harnessing Energy for Development,” will see participating companies discussing key challenges affecting the energy sector, the difficulties in mitigating climate change, and also derive means to maximize the benefits of local content development in Guyana and the region.

Minister Benn also seized the opportunity to check out the plethora of businesses and products that were on display at the exhibition.
