The Honorable Minister of Home Affairs, Mr. Robeson Benn, together with Permanent Secretary Mr. Andre Ally and the staff of the Ministry of Home Affairs, actively participated in the National Circle of Unity.
This symbolic gathering took place in the Ministry’s Parking Lot, fostering a sense of community and togetherness. Minister Benn and Mr. Ally, leading the initiative, distributed impactful materials, including posters, bumper stickers, and jerseys, to vendors, drivers, and passers-by in the Stabroek Market square.
In an extension of this commitment to unity, another Circle of Unity was formed in front of the Stabroek Market. During these gatherings, valuable information addressing the Guyana-Venezuela controversy was shared, accompanied by a resounding message of peace.
The Ministry remains dedicated to engaging with the community and promoting awareness and harmony.
