Honourable Minister Mr. Robeson Benn, M.P joined H.E President Mohamed Irfaan Ali, Prime Minister Hon. Brigadier (ret’d) Mark Phillips, fellow Cabinet Members, members of the Joint Services, members of the Diplomatic Corps, family members, comrades and friends to pay homage to the late Dr. Roger Luncheon.

Minister Benn and Permanent Secretary Mr. Andre Ally extend sincere condolences to the family and friends during this time of sorrow.

Dr. Luncheon was an outstanding Guyanese patriot, and an outstanding professional in the medical field who would have left an indelible mark on the Guyanese Society.

Dr. Luncheon’s service was exceptional and will forever be remembered.

He will be sorely missed.
