Minister of Home Affairs, Hon. Robeson Benn, M.P., attended the Guyana Prison Service’s 40th Thanksgiving Church Service, which was observed under the theme “Promoting Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Prisoners”, at the National Cultural Centre Auditorium.
Following the Thanksgiving anniversary church service ceremony, an exhibition showcasing the handiwork of inmates at the various prisons will be open to the public , September 29, and tomorrow, September 30, at the National Cultural Centre Tarmac, Hadfield Street, Georgetown, and will conclude on October 1, 2023, with Prisoners in Concert.
