The Honourable Minister of Home Affairs, Mr. Robeson Benn, together with the Guyana Police Force and the Road Safety Council, in an effort to safe guard motorcyclists on the roadways, are distributing free helmets to cyclists.
The helmet distribution excercise started at Schoonard (western end of the Demerara Harbour Bridge) and Minisiter Benn and team will be at different locations around Georgetown.
