The Ministry of Home Affairs’ Juvenile Justice Department (JJD) collaborated with Guyana Legal Aid Clinic (GLAC) and Blossom Inc. in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the agencies to ensure juveniles who came in contact with the law are eligible to receive their birth certificates to determine whether they are criminally responsible.
