Ms. Mae Toussaint Jr. Thomas, on Saturday 26th March, 2022, visited the male and female prisons at New Amsterdam, Berbice. During her visit, she was given a tour of the various sections in each prison, and was provided with an update of the daily operations, activities of the inmates and their dietary intake.
