As preparation continues for the reconstruction of the new state-of-the-art, 12-storey Brickdam Police Station, the Ministry of Home Affairs today, Monday, September 12th, 2022, held its second pre-bid meeting.
The Honourable Minister of Home Affairs, Mr. Robeson Benn, the Permanent Secretary, Ms. Mae Toussaint Jr. Thomas, the Commissioner of Police Mr. Clifton Hicken, Deputy Commissioner “Administration” Mr. Calvin Brutus and Staff from the Ministry’s Projects Unit facilitated questions and gave clarity to the Contractors present as it relates to the building contract.
The contractors were also given the opportunity to visit the ongoing geotechnical investigation (soil testing) exercise in the Brickdam Station Compound.
